1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using SnipCash short links, dashboards, or APIs (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person or entity may not maintain multiple accounts to inflate earnings.
3. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to link to or promote malware, phishing, illegal content, copyright-infringing material, deceptive downloads, or content that violates the rights of others. We may scan destinations and disable links or accounts that violate this policy.
4. Earnings and payouts
Earnings accrue only for genuine, human clicks as determined by our fraud, bot, VPN, and proxy detection systems. Clicks flagged by these systems are held or voided. Artificially generating traffic (bots, click exchanges, incentivized clicking, self-clicking) voids related earnings and may result in suspension. Withdrawals are subject to the platform minimum and review before payment.
5. Custom domains
When connecting a custom domain you confirm you own or control it. You remain responsible for the domain's DNS, SSL, and registrar compliance.
6. API usage
API tokens are personal to your account. We may rate-limit, revoke, or restrict tokens that abuse the API or degrade the Service for others.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Balances associated with fraudulent activity are forfeited. You may close your account at any time from your settings page.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnipCash is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
