Troubleshooting

Short link won’t open / 404

• Confirm link status is active and not expired / over click limit.
• Check the domain DNS and that you’re using the correct host.
• If using a flow, ensure the Smart Flow is published and still attached.

Gate shows blank / skips instantly

• Gate needs published pages/articles in the selected mode. Empty pool → runner advances to the next step.
• For random_site, set publication_site_id and publish content on that site.
• Confirm the redirect payload includes flow_publication_pages / flow_publication_articles (admin can inspect via internal tooling).

Continue never unlocks

• Wait for the full countdown.
• If require-scroll is on, scroll until the Continue bar is visible (IntersectionObserver).
• Disable aggressive browser extensions that block scripts on the interstitial host.

Ads not visible

• Zone status must be active; script HTML non-empty (or AdSense slot set).
• Gate active_zones may be filtering the key out.
• Ad blockers hide many networks — expected in testing.

Clicks but no earnings

• Link must be monetized.
• Bot / VPN / fraud filters may void credit while still redirecting.
• CPM needs enough eligible volume; check Admin monetization rates.

Publication domain not serving blog

• DNS verified? Deploy status = deployed? Site status = published?
• SSL failed? Re-run deploy after DNS settles.
• Host header must match the custom domain exactly.

Withdrawal stuck

• Pending until admin review. Confirm method details are correct.
• Below minimum balance → request is rejected or blocked in UI.
